WHAT'S ON THE MENU?

To drink:

Enjoy a selection of craft cocktails selected by the bride and groom to bring and share the flavors of their most favorite adventures together with you. A selection of beer, wine, and champagne will be provided throughout the evening if cocktails aren't quite your thing. Additionally we will have a flavored soda bar and craft lemonades that are absolutely delicious!

The Salad:

Pear and Pomegranate Salad

- Green Leaf, pears, pomegranate, feta cheese, candied pecans with pomegranate vinaigrette dressing.

The Entree:

Rosemary Lemon Chicken

- With a side of asiago mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and fresh baked rolls.

The Dessert:

An array of decadent cupcakes will be provided after the cake cutting ceremony to give you that sugar buzz you'll enjoy on the dance floor.

Additionally, we'll have donuts set ablaze! You'll be captivated over the FLAMING DONUTS! Enjoy them however way is your favorite.. Have them glazed, or flambé with Kailua and brown sugar, Cinnamon, or Rum all paired with a creamy vanilla bean ice cream.

Late Night Snacks:

Fry Bar with Waffle, Rosemary, and Sweet potato fries.

-Dipping sauces will include Fry sauce, Ketchup, and Ultimate Ranch dressing.
