We had heard about each other through friends but had never met each other, let alone talked. We followed each other on Instagram, then led to adding each other on Snap Chat... typical highschoolers. We talked for a little and the conversation went dry and we eventually stopped. About a month later, like a tap on the shoulder, I (Kirsten) felt the urge to text him again. Little did I know he had been waiting for me to reach out. So we when on our first date, a blind date having never met before, to the movies at 16 + 17 years old... and the rest is history.

So here we are, getting married exactly 7 years and 7 months from our first date.
