Yes! If you are staying at the Hancock Hotel under the room block, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. 1st Shuttle Trip- 2:45 PM 2nd Shuttle Trip- 4:00/4:10 (Last shuttle TO venue) Shuttle will begin transporting guests back to hotel starting at 9:30.

1st Shuttle to Ceremony: 2:45 pm 2nd Shuttle to Ceremony: 4/4:10 pm LAST SHUTTLE TO VENUE FOR CEREMONY Shuttles will begin back to venue at 9:30 pm.

I recommend flying into either the Columbus International Airport which is approximately a 1 hour 30 min drive to the Hancock Hotel or the Dayton Airport which is approximately a 1 hour and 20 min drive to Hancock Hotel.

The Ceremony and cocktail hour, weather dependent, will take place outdoors. The Reception Dinner service and dancing will be indoors.
