Guests are welcome to book a stay in any of the thousands of hotels that NYC has to offer. For convenience of travel to/from the venue, we recommend staying in either the Financial District in Manhattan, or Downtown Brooklyn. We have negotiated a discounted rate at two hotels for the night before, and the night of the wedding (24–26th of October). These are on a first-come, first-served basis. You can choose to expand your stay at these same hotels at their regular rates.

There are a select amount of Premium Studio | King&nbsp;rooms available at a group booking rate at Mint House available on a first come first serve basis. Guests must call or email using the information provided in the photo in order to book at the group rate. Booking through the website will not give you the discount.

We ask guests wear a suit (tuxedos optional), evening jumpsuits, or evening dresses (floor length preferred, but cocktail dresses would also be appropriate.) That said, we would love to see our guests have fun with the accents and take the opportunity to pull out any fabulous accessories you might love, celestial themed items especially! Things to Do

Flights

New York City has multiple airports available. We recommend JFK (international) and LaGuardia (domestic). They're generally the more reliable options and have solid transit options to/from the city. As frequent international flyers, we've found that the best way to fight the transatlantic jet lag is to book a flight that arrives in NYC around dinner time so you can wind down and call it a night early. For your travel back, we recommend catching a late flight so you can get as much sleep on the plane as possible.

Documentation

To enter the United States, international travelers require a passport that's valid for at least 6 months after their trip, and need to have a valid <a href="https://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/esta" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ESTA</a>. If you don't have a valid ESTA yet, you can apply for one here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/. It usually gets approved within minutes, but can take up to 72 hours, so we recommend applying for it when you book your flights. ESTAs are valid for 2 years at a time.

Travel to/from the airport

JFKWe recommend using public transit to get to/from JFK Airport. The A, E, J, and Z subway lines connect to the JFK AirTrain, making it an efficient and affordable option. LaGuardiaLGA doesn't have a direct subway connection, so while public transit is still available and affordable, it's a bit more of a hassle. Taxi/Uber/Lyft is generally a lot more affordable from LGA and is our recommended transit option.
