Yes. A buffet style meal will be provided. Alcohol will be available, but may be limited to beer and wine.

Each invitation is addressed to the family, which includes spouses(or the like), plus ones, and children. There will be an option on the RSVP to indicate how many people will be attending.

Yes! The most affordable and closest options are available via our venues website: mountainoaksmanor.com. When you visit the site, click the hamburger on the top left and scroll down to see the Discounted Area Hotels link, and book through there for a discount on Ooltewah hotels that are minutes from the venue. We also have a courtesy hotel block through Aloft near Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga about a 15 minute drive from the venue. That’s okay! The RSVP is just to help us gage how many people are going to try and make it. If you were invited there will be a spot for you regardless of the RSVP. However, if you do know you’re going to try and make it, please feel free to RSVP even after the date.
