Passports are required to fly internationally to Mexico. If you do not have a passport, please look into applying for one soon as it can take up to 6 months to receive a new one. If you do have a passport, this is a friendly reminder to check that your passport expires after November 2025 date now! The 6 month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel.

The wedding venue is 10 minutes away. We will have shuttles available to transport you to and from the venue. The details for the times of transportation will be added soon.

We plan to stay at the TRS Yucatan. TRS Yucatan, Grand Palladium Colonial, Grand Palladium Kantenah, and Grand Palladium White Sands are all connected. When staying at the Colonial, Kantenah, or White Sands, you have access to all amenities and restaurants at each resort. TRS Yucatan amenities are only accessible to guests that are staying at the specific resort. However if you book through our contact, you can access TRS regardless which resort you choose. The entire property is connected with many walking paths. There are continuous golf carts running all day to take you where you want to go within a couple minutes. We will spend time at all of the resort options. The White Party on Friday will be taking place at the Grand Colonial. The After Wedding Party on Sunday will be taking place at the White Sands pool.

You can purchase a day pass if you want to visit the hotel between the hours of 8am-6pm. There is no option for the evening so you will not be able to attend the Friday event and you will need to find your own transportation to the wedding venue if you choose to stay elsewhere.

Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long.

Yes! Both will take place at the venue. Transportation will be arranged from Grand palladium. It is ten minutes away from the resort.

Our ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm so we ask that you arrive by 4:45 pm. We will arrange shuttles from the Grand Palladium to take our guests to the venue. If you are late, please wait to enter after the ceremony.

The hotel has filtration systems so the ice in drinks is safe to consume, but you can also get bottled water from any of the bars/restaurants. I would not recommend drinking water from the sink in your room.
