Yes! Propark Parking lot is right next to The Society Room and is located at 84 Asylum Street Hartford CT. Parking is complimentary to all wedding guests. At the gate entrance, pull a ticket and keep this ticket to exit the lot. After you park, you will enter the wooden doors at 31 Pratt Street. You will be given a parking payment ticket upon entering The Society Room. Use this ticket when you exit the parking lot. To exit, first insert the ticket you pulled upon entering, then insert the payment ticket.

Yes. The handicap accessible entrance is on the side of the building nearest the parking lot. Please come to the double glass doors where the gray ramp is located.

We reserved a block of rooms at the Residence Inn for a discounted rate to all wedding guests. Please visit the Hotel Block tab for more information. The hotel is within walking distance (~1-2 min walk) from the reception. We plan to continue the party here once the reception concludes around 10:30/11.

The dress code is formal attire.

To allow guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only (18+). We thank you for your understanding.

Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30PM. There will be 8 various passed hors d'oeuvres, in addition to a surprise cocktail station at cocktail hour, followed by a sit-down dinner including an appetizer, salad, and choice of a dinner entree. There will also be late night snacks... also a surprise!

Yes, absolutely. When you RSVP, you can choose your dinner entree (beef, chicken, fish, vegetarian). There will prompts in regard to allergies and dietary restrictions. Our overall menu includes gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.

Please arrive at 1:50PM at the latest to ensure parking and seating. The ceremony will start promptly at 2PM.

Yes, a little gap. The ceremony should conclude around 3:15-ish, and the reception starts at 4:30PM. If you are checking in to the hotel, this would be the perfect time to do so, as check-in is at 3PM. Doors for cocktail hour will open at 4:15PM.

The wedding reception concludes at 10:30/11PM. We will be staying at the Residence Inn the night of our wedding, and we plan on continuing the party there!

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos at the church ceremony. You may take photos at the wedding reception, but please be mindful of the photographer. We also want you to have a joyful time and be present with us!
