Kodie and Zach's relationship began on May 29, 2021, when they connected on Facebook Dating. Despite living far apart, Zach worked at Amazon which brought him closer to Kodie, allowing them to match. After a month of texting, Snapchatting, and FaceTiming, they met in person in June for their first official date. Kodie then convinced Zach to join her family for the 4th of July weekend in San Diego. In July, Kodie visited Zach’s house, met his mom, and they spent time at the lake, where Zach asked her to be his girlfriend. Over the next year, their relationship deepened as Zach met more of Kodie’s family and they traveled to Hawaii, where they took professional photos together.Two years later, just before their third anniversary, Zach proposed to Kodie in Fort Bragg, a place she loved to visit. She said “yes,” and they both look forward to spending forever together.
