On a sunny afternoon in April 2018, Kody and Becky met for the first time playing Ultimate Frisbee. Kody incorrectly assumed that Becky had never played before, and quickly put his foot in his mouth after explaining in detail the rules of the sport, and realizing afterwards that Becky was already an excellent Frisbee player! The two quickly became friends as Kody helped Becky move for the summer to Herriman, then realizing there might be more, Kody asked Becky out on a date. After a picnic in the park Kody and Becky went on many more dates, including: rodeos, swing dancing, bike rides, swimming, backpacking adventures, pottery painting, canyoneering, climbing 14,000 foot peaks, road trips, etc. In the past year, they have been blessed to continue to grow together in their relationship and in the Lord and look forward to what God has in store for them as they embark on this next great adventure!
