When should I RSVP? Is there a deadline?
We would love for you to RSVP as soon as possible, especially if you know you can't attend. We would love all RSVPs to be submitted to us by August 2nd, at the latest. If you do not reply by the deadline, we unfortunately will have to count you as a "No."
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Please arrive 30-40 minutes before the ceremony to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins. The ceremony will start at 4pm sharp, if you are late you will not be allowed to sit down to avoid disrupting the procession.
Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Yes! We will be arranging a shuttle bus to take those who are staying at the specified room block hotel. If you choose to not stay at that hotel you will be responsible for your transportation. There is a parking lot at the venue for those who prefer to drive! There is no overnight parking at the manor so we encourage all guests to use the provided transportation, arrange for an Uber/Lyft or designate a sober driver. For transportation please meet at the hotel at 3pm.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at Aldworth Manor.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting outdoor formal attire which could be full-length or mid-length dresses, jumpsuits, suits, dress shirts, and ties.
Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on grass and gravel surfaces, so consider wearing appropriate footwear (think block heels or flats). Additionally, evenings in New Hampshire can get chilly in August when the sun sets, so bringing a wrap or jacket is a good idea. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
Are children welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is exclusively for adults, unless it is specified on the invitation. There is an exception for those in the wedding party.
Can I drive myself to the wedding?
Yes you definitely can, as long as you have a sober driver, there is a parking lot at Aldworth Manor! There will be someone helping direct cars if you do choose to drive.
Do I have to book the room block hotel for two nights?
Yes, to book with the discounted rate, you must stay for Friday and Saturday night. If you only want to book a one-night stay you most certainly can, but you won't get the discounted rate. We just ask if you are staying at the designated room block hotel you let us know when you RSVP if you will need transportation so we can get an accurate headcount for the shuttle.
