Haldi and Mehndi are pre-wedding rituals where the closest family, relatives and friends come together on this auspicious occasion to apply turmeric paste (Haldi) on the bride and groom's face and body.

Mehndi is a form of temporary body art, popular at South Asian weddings, where intricate henna patterns are applied to the body.

Attire: Semi-formal. Indian attire suggested, but not required. The Haldi & Mehndi ceremonies are intended to be lively and cheerful, so wear bright colors (preferably Yellow for Haldi and Green for Mehndi)!

Join us the evening before our wedding day for food and drinks at the beautiful Lake Lucaya Clubhouse!

We will have the DJ playing Bollywood and Western songs to get you in a party mood with some performances and an open dance floor.

Attire: Indian or Western Semi-Formal. Suggested theme is Tropical or Floral.

Respectfully, we would like to keep this an adults-only (18+) occasion. Children may attend if invited by name.
