While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony will begin at 5 and we kindly ask that everyone is in their seats by that time. The wedding ceremony will be followed up by a cocktail hour, then dinner, and ending the night with dancing

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be held outside, while the dance floor will be held inside in a ballroom. The weather in Phoenix this time of year is usually very comfortable, with average highs in the mid 80s and average lows in the 60s.

There will be complimentary valet parking available at the venue separate from the main hotel valet parking, while rideshare is also a good option. For those of you driving, we ask for you to please be mindful of your speed as the surrounding area has been known to have many speed traps.

We ask that our guest follow a formal dress code – think suit or nice sports coat for the gentlemen and elegant dress for the ladies.

Friday night’s Meet & Greet is a casual opportunity to kick off the weekend’s festivities and mingle with the Bride & Groom and the other guests in advance of the formal wedding. We hope you can come by and enjoy drinks and light appetizers. Sunday Brunch is a great opportunity to recap the previous night’s festivities and say your farewells prior to heading home. We hope you can stop by and join us and enjoy some local brunch favorites.
