The ceremony is located on the second floor of San Francisco City Hall - Mayor’s Balcony. It’s directly below the stunning large clock. The area is extremely easy to locate from the main entrance on Polk Street. You simply walk in through the main door, walk a few steps to the elevator on your left, go up one floor, exit the elevator, take a left and you’re on the Mayor’s Balcony!

The nearest parking garage to San Francisco City Hall is Civic Center Garage at 355 McAllister St. The entrance is easy to miss but it’s actually a large underground lot, modestly priced too. The main concern with driving yourself is allowing enough time for traffic. Realistically I would allow at least an extra hour just in case. The extra hour minimum gives you leeway in case of crazy traffic and the lot is full.

The ceremony begins at 2:00pm! We suggest you arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes early to give yourself enough time to park and walk to the ceremony space.

Yes, there will be a slight time gap between city hall and our dinner reception. However with traffic and finding parking it shouldn't be too bad.

Wayfare Tavern - There is no onsite parking or valet, we recommend One Embarcadero Plaza.

We'll be staying at Fairmont San Francisco from Sunday 10/27- 10/29, Which is a 0.5 mile from our dinner reception. Hotel recommendations - you will find them under the "Travel" tab at the top of the website!

Cocktail attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Yes, chef's choice meals will be available for special diets. If you have a food restriction or allergy please let us know.
