This was technically our First "Official" Date! That he doesn't remember ha ha.. 🖤 Técnicamente nuestra primera cita “oficial”… ¡que él no recuerda, jaja!

Jeff asked to make it official in Park City! But we’ve always celebrated our anniversary on October 15th. He cheated & did it on my birthday so he wouldn’t have to remember another date to celebrate haha 🖤 Jeff pidió que lo hiciéramos oficial en Park City! Pero siempre hemos celebrado nuestro aniversario el 15 de octubre. ¡Hizo trampa y lo pidió en mi cumpleaños para no tener que recordar otra fecha que celebrar—jaja!!

....the deployment day! Jeff had quietly applied for deployment to Afghanistan over a year before we made it official. With no response, he assumed the opportunity had passed. But shortly after asking to make it official in 2017, he received notice that he would be deploying at the beginning of the year. It led to a difficult conversation he had to have as I was unaware of the application. We both agreed we were up for the challenge and fastened our seat belts for the journey that lay ahead. 🖤 ....el día del despliegue. Jeff había solicitado en silencio un despliegue a Afganistán más de un año antes de que lo hiciéramos oficial. Sin recibir respuesta, asumió que la oportunidad había pasado. Pero poco después de pedir que formalizáramos nuestra relación en 2017, recibió el aviso de que sería desplegado a comienzos del año siguiente. Esto llevó a una conversación difícil, ya que yo no sabía nada de la solicitud. Ambos estuvimos de acuerdo en que estábamos preparados para el reto y nos abrochamos los cinturones para el viaje que nos esperaba.

With the 1st 2 years of our relationship in deployment it was now time to play catch up....... 🖤 Después de pasar los primeros dos años de nuestra relación en despliegue, ¡ya era hora de ponernos al día…!

Surprised him with our second pet! MILO (Yes you read that right, 5 days later) 🖤 Sorpresa! ¡Tenemos a MILO, nuestra segunda mascota! (Y sí… ¡solo pasaron 5 días!)

He loved it so much he committed to a third pet! GOOSE 🖤 Le encantó tanto que aceptó tener una tercera mascota: ¡GOOSE!

Continued to build our little family memories, buying our first home, focusing on our career goals all while trying to wedding plan!!! Aka... CHAOS....but surrounded by love and family. 🖤 Seguimos construyendo los recuerdos de nuestra pequeña familia: comprando nuestra primera casa, enfocándonos en nuestras metas profesionales ¡y todo mientras planeábamos la boda!
