Yes, it is! The venue will also provide a golf cart for individuals to not have to walk to the ceremony location!

Our fullest apologies but we did not put a room block on any hotel rooms for our big day! There are hotels 20-30 minutes away from the venue though. A few in Wilmington & a few in Mason! We listed the closest ones below! Our ceremony will be outdoor! The reception & everything else for the night will be walking distance inside the facility!

Yes, there is plenty of parking available!

We definitely prefer the RSVP to be done online! It’s easier for all parties that way!

If you can, please RSVP no later than May 1st, 2024! That way we can have the best idea for how much food & drinks we need to prepare for!

The food will be barbecue style!! Cocktail hour we’ll have a few light appetizers to hold everyone over until it’s time to eat!

The good news is there is definitely an open bar! The “bad news” is that we won’t start drinking until cocktail hour (immediately after the ceremony) Make sure to tip your bartenders!

The ceremony starts at 4:30! So if you could be at the venue and seated no later than 4:10 we’d really appreciate it!
