The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. To allow ample time for parking and shuttle transport to The Garden, we recommend arriving by 3:30 p.m.

After you park, you will be transported by shuttle to The Garden location on property. There will be a short walk to the chairs overlooking the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Seating Details: Pick a seat not a side; we're all family, once the knot is tied! After the ceremony: Shuttles will transport guests back to the Grand Hall for Happy Hour.

Please join our family and friends on the Patio located in the backyard of the Grand Hall. Don't forget to ask for our signature drinks inspired by yours truly...Zola and Kudi! Zola likes a French 76 - a refreshing bubbly cocktail with Vodka OR the Kudi's Old Fashion - a classic cocktail with a twist of orange. Your safety is important to us! Please plan your transportation in advance and designate a driver so everyone can enjoy the celebration responsibly.

The contingency plan is to move inside The Grand Hall or under a covered pavilion on site. You will not be expected to drive to a separate location.

We will have our send-off at 9:30 p.m., and the event will conclude at that time. Thank you for being a part of our special day!

To ensure a peaceful ceremony for all and to accommodate our videographer, we kindly request that only children over the age of 5 who are able to remain seated and quiet throughout the ceremony attend. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet: chicken, potatoes, green beans, salad and bread will be served.

It is a 40-45 min drive from the closet airport to Sevierville, TN. Renting a car is your best option.
