What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 4/10, which is also the date when your room deposit is due.
How do I book my room?
Please refer to the booking link provided on the Travel page and please reach out if you have any questions.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue(s)?
Shuttles from the Cancun International Airport are scheduled with the travel agent and booking agency a month or two before the wedding.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the beach, and the reception will be indoors.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
You only RSVP online. We will not be sending physical invitations. You'll receive an RSVP for the wedding and wedding shower separately. You also RSVP for the wedding by submitting your deposit for your room by 4/10.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
No. While we love your children, due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under 18 on our wedding day, with the exception of siblings, our Godchildren, and our son.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can't allow all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Where will wedding updates be posted?
Updates will be posted on this website and the homepage. Updates regarding rooms and booking will be coordinated through Destination Weddings with our travel agent, Lina Contreras, at lcontreras@destinationweddings.com.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive at the wedding ceremony at the Beach wedding location by 3:00PM.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Beach Cocktail Wedding Attire. Summer fabrics, like linen and seersucker, are appropriate and comfortable. Please do not wear white, ivory, or champagne, as those colors are reserved for the bride.

When do I have to pay for my room by?
To make your experience as smooth as possible, we suggest the following plan for securing your accommodations:
Initial Deposit: Due by April 10th, 2024
1st Payment: Due by October 15th, 2024
2nd Payment: Due by March 15th, 2025
