The start of something great. Boyfriend girlfriend! We met a month prior, the first week of Kristen's freshman year at UNH. Sumin was leading a pack of kids to a party since he was a wise sophomore at the time and lucky enough Kristen was in that group. Because the party was several miles away on foot, we had plenty of time to meet each other while walking and it took no time at all for us to hit it off seeing all that we had in common! Numbers were exchanged, many dining hall/Dominoes dates ensued, and one month later we were a thang!

Sumin visits Westport for the first time! Kristen was so excited for him to see where she grew up and spend some time with her fam.

Las Vegas was too fun! We got to dine at our favorite chef's restaurants, see the desert AND meet Gwen Stefani!

Kristen moved to Scranton to finish up school! Our long distance relationship really began with this move but we had so much fun when Sumin would come to visit for months at a time to enjoy the wonderful Electric City. We think of the pizza on a regular basis!!!

We rescued our 140 lb puppy Lincoln and we are forever grateful to have him in our lives!

We moved in together!

We went to Kathmandu, Nepal! Kristen finally got to see where Sumin grew up and meet the rest of his wonderful family and friends.

Sumin proposed to Kristen in Portsmouth, NH! It was the most perfect and special day.
