Sustainable Chic: Wear something that makes you feel fabulous, but please don't feel the need to buy anything new! Think Cocktail or Semi-Formal attire: gowns, midi or cocktail dresses, suits, blazers, or sport coats. Since we'll be outdoors for the ceremony and cocktails, please dress for the Huntsville spring (45–70°F) and bring layers. Note: We kindly ask for no jeans, t-shirts, or shorts.

We invite all our guests to enjoy a fun night out—free from parental responsibilities! We kindly ask to limit children and teen attendance to immediate and extended family members only. However, if kids are your limiting factor or you have a specific situation you’d like to discuss, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate! Please note that we cannot guarantee all music, speeches, or other moments will be kid-friendly.

We kindly ask guests not to bring a plus-one unless it is explicitly indicated on your invitiation/RSVP.

Yes! Both our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, so please plan appropriately. The temperature in Huntsville in late March could be anywhere from 45–70°F.

Don’t Drink and Drive! For the convenience of our guests, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the Homewood Suites and Burritt on the Mountain. If you would like to take advantage of the shuttle, please indicate this on your RSVP.

The venue is open to the public until 4:00 PM. We kindly ask all guests driving themselves to arrive between 4:00 and 4:20 PM to find their seats. Guests arriving after this may be asked to wait briefly until the bride makes her entrance, to ensure a smooth start to the ceremony. Shuttle drop-offs are expected to arrive at the venue at 3:40 PM and 4:20 PM.

We strive to accommodate our guests’ dietary needs. All appetizers and entrees at the reception are gluten-free, though please note that the cake is not gluten-free. If you have other allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please indicate them on your RSVP or contact us directly so we can do our best to accommodate you.
