Since we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we're only inviting our closest loved ones. Only if your wedding invitation says “and guest” or includes your plus one’s name, you are welcome to bring a plus one. Please make sure to include them in your RSVP.

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and slacks and women wear a midi, knee-length dress, long dress or jumpsuit. No jeans or sneakers. Think fall colors. For reference, bridesmaids will be in terracotta and groomsmen will be in dark green. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the grass. If you plan on wearing heels, we suggest block/wedge heels.

We love your children, but we will be having an adult-only wedding with the exception of family. Unless your invitation specifically invites your child and has their name on it, we will not have children at our wedding. We hope you understand.

If you drive to the wedding venue, there is ample parking in the parking lot steps away from the ceremony and reception site. If you do not wish to drive, there will be a shuttle that will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the venue. After the wedding and reception, the shuttle will take you back to the hotel. Because our venue is in the mountains, Uber/Lyft will not be available. Please plan accordingly. Shuttle times are listed in the travel section.

Our bridal party is invited to stay on Montfair's property. More information on this to come! All other guests, please see the travel section for details.

Yes! We kindly ask that you don't take your phone out during the ceremony. We want the photographer and videographer to capture everything for us.

Yes. The ceremony will take place at the field when you first enter the property, and the reception will take place in the lodge that is walking distance from the ceremony site.

Cell service is unavailable at Montfair, but there’s Wi-Fi in the cabins and event spaces. Truthfully, it’s the perfect excuse to unplug, relax, and focus on the fun!
