Q + A

Where is the ceremony?

St. David the King Parish, which is located at 1 New Village Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550.

What time does the ceremony start?

1:30pm EST

Is it a full mass?

Yes and people of all faiths are welcome to join!

What time is check-in at the hotel?

3:00pm EST at the Nassau Inn in Princeton, NJ

Where is the party?

Both the cocktail hour and reception will be hosted downstairs in the Nassau Inn on the main floor. The reception will be in the Prince William Ballroom.

What time is cocktail hour?

It will be from 6:00pm-7:00pm EST.

What time is the reception?

It will be from 7:00-11:00pm EST.

What do you recommend for transporation?

We strongly encourage you to get a room at the Nassau Inn or one of the many nearby hotels in Princeton, West Windsor, or Plainsboro on Route 1. While traveling between the ceremony and hotel, we suggest carpooling as it is a short drive. We suggest A1 Limousine, Uber, or Lyft if you live nearby and are traveling home after the reception, but hope that you'll stay with us there for breakfast!

What is the wedding attire?

Black tie optional

I'm staying over and will be hungry in the morning.

We get it Bill - you drank too much. Hang over food will be available for guests who are staying for breakfast with us at the Nassau Inn in Princeton!

November gets cold. How should I prepare?

We are aware that it'll be hurricane season and around the corner from Kristen's favorite, ski season. We encourage women to bring a chic fur throw if you want to stay warm, but we're hoping for a beautiful, brisk fall day! Luckily, we'll all be inside for both the ceremony and reception so you won't have to worry!

What made you choose the Nassau Inn?

Kristen and Ken’s 3rd date was around the corner at Mediterra Restaurant & Taverna for his birthday. Afterwards, they went to the famous House of Cupcakes, that’s been featured on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars. Our hopes are that either between the ceremony and cocktail hour, or after breakfast following our wedding day, you will enjoy a day exploring what Princeton offers from history, to cuisine, to the educational architecture to fine arts.
