Kristen came to love McMinnville over the years during their annual trips to the area. As luck would have it, their friends Josh and Lily purchased the The Preserve 1948 and The Nines Golf Course, suggesting it as a wedding venue. Quinn and Kristen fell in love with the venue and cannot wait to share it and McMinnville with their family and friends.

We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible. Although there are many hotels in the area, they can book up quickly. We also suggest taking a look at Airbnb and VRBO. A list of recommended hotels can be found under 'travel'

Yes! We will have a shuttle starting from McMenamins Hotel Oregon in downtown McMinnville taking guests to and from The Preserve 1948. Alternatively, there is ample parking at the venue with guests allowed to leave vehicles overnight. Please note that while there are rideshares in McMinnville, they can be hard to come by.

We ask that you wear cocktail attire such as a cocktail or full-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. Please note that our venue is primarily outdoors. However, our reception will be under a tented area. We recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening and wearing comfortable shoes so you can enjoy the evening.
