The best love stories begin when you least expect it...and with a swipe. The app that is meant to be deleted (Hinge) was quickly deleted after we met in June 2022. We never expected to find our forever person on an app, but we did and not only that, we found our soulmate. It was shortly after that everything quickly started falling into place; saying "I love you" (for the record Steven said it first), moving in together, meshing families and friends, traveling, adopting a dog (that is really Kristen's dog who are we kidding), and navigating around all of life's obstacles. In May of 2024, we traveled to Europe and visited Portugal, Spain, Germany, Amsterdam, and France. On May 10, 2024, we locked our love at the love lock bridge in Sacre-Coeur Basilica in France. On the last night of our vacation, May 11, 2024, we went to the Siene river to throw away the keys to our lock and at exactly 9 pm, Steven proposed as the Eiffel tower sparkled for the first time that night.
