As most of you know, I wasn't really much into dating or people for that matter, until the pandemic told me I wasn't allowed. This is when I started using online dating apps to keep herself busy while on lockdown. After dating and chatting with a few interesting characters (when restrictions lifted) I was getting ready to delete all the dating apps. The last one to go was Bumble. Before deleting it, I of course had to browse out of curiosity and because I was bored. I swiped right on Chris in December 2020 and the rest is history. Little did I know where my life would take me over the next 3 years.

Was moving home the right choice? Some would say why did you throw a career away? I would tell people it just felt like something or someone is telling me this is the place I needed to be. After settling in I tried my luck with Bumble as well. One day I received a gif of Forrest Gump saying hi excessively, I thought to myself well there is someone out there as weird as me! lol. So after a 4 hour walk and talk with this tiny human with a big personality I knew she was special. (yes in a good way ;)) from the day I met her family and she met mine I felt it was safe to say she was my world (and the fact that both families said if we split up mines getting her and her family is getting me lol. ah true love .
