Kristen and Ben met the modern way in 2021. Their first date was at a local bar watching the Braves in the NLCS playoffs (until they lost, and Ben couldn't bear to watch anymore). On their second date, the Braves made it to the World Series and our story began.

Many Braves games and laughs later, it was the perfect time for them to move to the next stage of their story. Ben planned a trip to Helen, GA for NYE. After another bar and of course , watching some college football playoff games, Ben popped the question and there were many tears (all from Kristen) and lots of smiles.
