International Travelers

For those traveling from America, there are two major airports in Ireland. We highly recommend flying into Shannon Airport, which is located under an hour from the Armada Hotel. It’s a small airport and extremely easy to navigate.

If you are planning to explore Ireland before, you can fly into Dublin, which is a 3 hour and 20 minute drive to the Armada Hotel.

Regardless of which airport you fly into, if you plan on traveling around Ireland beyond our wedding, we recommend renting a car (reminder - they drive on the other side of the road in Ireland, and a lot of cars for rent will be manual!). There are multiple options through the airport you can utilize.

A quick disclaimer for anyone driving to the venue, the roads leading into the Armada are not for the faint of heart so take them slow.

Armada Hotel

Our room block at the venue will be available shortly and the code to book will be provided. There are weddings at the hotel the night before and after, so space will be extremely limited at the Armada (because it’s so awesome). Bellbridge House

Bellbridge House Hotel, Spanish Point, Dough, Co. Clare, Ireland
For those that are looking for a great option as close to the Armada as possible, look into the Bellbridge House. It’s a 2 minute drive from the venue, or a 15 minute walk. I would recommend calling the hotel directly for availability - +353 65 708 4038

Hotel Doonbeg Ireland

Doonbeg, Doughmore, Co. Clare, Ireland

For a high end stay (if you can stomach who owns it) we recommend Hotel Doonbeg Ireland. For families, there are cottages available that are part of the hotel. It also has an insane golf course for any enthusiasts that are looking for an authentic links course.

We will have a shuttle service from the Hotel to the Armada on the day of the wedding and for the day two party.

Falls Hotel

The Falls Hotel is about 20 minutes from the venue and we will also have the shuttle from this location. This is located close to Lahinch Golf Course which is one of the nicest golf courses in the world.
