<p>Kristen and Nick originally met at Western Reserve Hospital in 2017. Nick was an intern, and Kristen was an ICU RN. He followed her to Mercy Hospital in 2020 when he finished residency, and they started dating in the fall of 2021. He proposed on November 16, 2022.</p>
