Our love story began in February 2019 when Noah regularly attended a growth group Kristen co-lead with their mutual friend Jake. Noah texted Kristen one evening saying how much fun they had when they were together and asked her if she would like to go out sometime. Kristen thought he meant as friends, so she said she'd love to hangout! After realizing there was some miscommunication, Kristen called Noah the day of their hangout clarifying that this was just as friends and not a date. Noah agreed and they went to Red Robin as their first hangout. They decided to hangout a couple more times over the next few months until eventually, Kristen started to like Noah back. The rest is history! 4 1/2 years later, we look back at that moment and realize God was making a way for our relationship. His plans are always greater than ours. Without Jesus, we would not be where we are individually or together in our relationship. Before dating Noah, Kristen was happily content in her singleness and planned to be until she was 30. She jokes that Noah ruined her single streak, but wouldn't change a thing.
