If you are flying in PA, the closest airports are: PHL (most recommended), MDT (Harrisburg, PA), EWR (Newark, NJ), BWI (Baltimore, MD)

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide transportation. But if you coordinate with others you can all fly in around the same time and split an Uber or other car service to get you to Lancaster! Sharing is caring ;) You can also check out turo.com to rent a car for the weekend!

Bridal party is highly encouraged to arrive Thursday night or Friday morning so we can do our rehearsal. Guests, whenever is convenient for you! Just maybe not Saturday morning and having to get ready in the car on the way to the ceremony. That'd be awkward. We'd love to spend time with family beforehand so if you're able to arrive on Friday that would be great! But also recognize work schedules and family life may not allow for that.

If you scroll one tab over to 'Travel', you'll see a list of hotels available nearby. You can also stay in some pretty wonderful houses through AirBnb! Just search 'Manheim' as the location to find a place nearby :)

The ceremony will be outdoors, along with the hangout/free time. We'll have some lawn games, snacks and drinks available. Make sure to bring a sweater or light jacket to keep you warm as the sun goes down! Reception & dinner will be on the same property. Indoors in the barn. Please arrive by 2:30 to find parking/ mingle. Ceremony will start promptly at 3pm! We will most likely be done by 8:30pm.
