We met through a dating app, Mutual. Once we matched, German immediately messaged Kristi and started asking all the right questions off the bat like what was she passionate about and what does she want out of life. (Which Kristi found really attractive!!) They talked on the phone the next day for the first time and after they hung up Kristi thought to herself "I'm going to marry him!". Five days later she bought a ticket to visit him. Even though separated by distance, Kristi in Arizona and German in New York, a friendship and romance blossomed quickly. And the rest is history! The unique mix of different perspectives and backgrounds is fun and we hope to share that with you through our wedding. A Mexican and an American, a big city boy and a small town girl, a convert and a returned missionary, two puzzle pieces that fit so well because they are different!Nos conocimos a través de una aplicación de citas, Mutual. Scope out the superlative sights of the national park over 3 days with a small group, resting up each night at a comfortable motel and stopping to take in the dramatic views and cowboy culture of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole along the way.
Day 1: Salt Lake City to Yellowstone with Lower Loop &amp; Old Faithful
 Get picked up from your hotel in Salt Lake and drive to Yellowstone, where you enter the park's figure 8-shaped road system and start your tour on the lower loop. Watch for bison and elk on your way to Madison Junction, where you turn to follow the pristine Firehold River to the Lower Geyser Basin. Walk along the boardwalk to see the Fountain Paint Pots bubbling away as geysers spout off sporadically all around you.
At the Midway Geyser Basin, stare into the yellow-rimmed, iridescent blue depths of the Grand Prismatic Spring—the largest hot spring in the country—and the now-dormant Excelsior Geyser with its captivating azure hue. From there, head to the park's most famous feature—Old Faithful, a reliable geyser that's the main draw at the Upper Geyser Basin. Stroll the boardwalks to check out Old Faithful's neighboring geological features, and be sure to head inside the Old Faithful Inn for a peek at the beautifully renovated historic lodge. Drive back to West Yellowstone, where you check in at your motel with time to explore town, hike in the forest, visit the Grizzly and Wold Discovery Center, or see what's on at the IMAX.
Day 2: Norris Geyser Basin, Mammoth Hot Springs, Lamar Valley &amp; Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone
 Drive toward the Norris Geyser Basin, stopping along the way to see the elegant, veil-like cascade of Gibbon Falls, and check out the incredible features of both the Back Basin and Porcelain Basin, where the pools have a milky, opalescent quality due to mineral deposits. At Mammoth Hot Springs,walk among the sizzling pools and incredible white travertine terraces, pots, and pools formed by mineral deposits, and keep your eyes peeled for the elk that roam the area. From there, watch for lumbering bears and even stealthy wolves in the wildlife-packed Lamar Valley on your way to Tower Roosevelt.
Stop to snap photos of impressive Tower Falls, and then wind along the Yellowstone River in the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, where the park's name-sake rock has a distinctly yellowish tinge. Your guide may add on other stops depending on road conditions and timing, letting you visit the black rock wall of Obsidian Cliff or scenic viewpoints overlooking Virginia Cascade and Undine Falls before heading back to West Yellowstone for the evening.
Day 3: Yellowstone Lake, West Thumb, Grand Teton, Jackson &amp; Return to Salt Lake
 Set out in the morning for the drive through the southern part of Yellowstone to Grand Teton, passing misty geyser basins and climbing over the Continental Divide twice. Admire breathtaking views of Yellowstone Lake—the largest alpine lake in North America—and take the boardwalk around West Thumb to spot geysers right on the shores of the vibrant blue lake. Continue on along the Rockefeller Parkway for jaw-dropping views on your way into Grand Teton. Look out at the jagged peaks and tranquil lakes like Jenny and Jackson, and see if you can spot an elusive moose. Pass through historic Colter Bay with its striking backdrop of mountains, and then arrive in charming Jackson, where you can stroll around the quaint western town before the scenic return ride to Salt Lake City.
