Please join us in celebrating our wedding aboard the Carnival Firenze prior to departing port!

We’ll be setting sail on a 4-day Baja Mexico cruise from Long Beach, California.

The ceremony will take place in the Piano Bar, followed by a short one-hour reception prior to embarkation at 3:30 PM.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🥰 Due to U.S. Customs regulations, our cruise line requires us to submit a final guest list 45 days before the wedding. This means the deadline to be included is January 6, 2026. Please be sure to RSVP before then so we can save your spot on board 🚢✨

Remember, everyone must arrive with hair and makeup done, and dressed.

Arrival:

It is very important to arrive on time. The letter states to arrive at 9:00 am but this means for the group to be at the terminal doors at 9:00 am. We ask for everyone to arrive at the port with enough time to find parking, check in regular cruise luggage and make their way over to the terminal. Everyone should have their ID’s and boarding passes handy when they get to the terminal doors. Traffic can be quite heavy, and parking can be very limited.

Our team of officiant and coordinators will meet you outside the white dome, to the right side by the "Special Assistance" area. Nobody is permitted to enter the terminal until Carnival staff permit it. Once you enter the terminal, you will check in, get all boarding & visitors passes stamped, then pass through security. The entire group is held at the benches on the other side of the white wall with the blue palm trees. There is usually a designated sign just in front of the benches where everyone will sit and wait for Customs to clear the ship for boarding. Nobody is permitted to board the ship until Customs has given the all clear.

While waiting in the terminal for the ship to clear, the team will go over things with you one last time and see if you have any questions. The coordinators will go around the group and ensure all know the time/location. Please be sure guests are arriving dressed and ready to go.

Once the ship has cleared customs and immigration, we will be allowed to line everyone up and get onboard.

Kristin will be escorted to your stateroom to finished getting ready and Sherman can make his way to the one he is using. Once you are dressed you are welcome to go to the venue and enjoy time with your guests.

Your guests are free to explore the ship until it is time for them to make their way to the venue.
