They will be able to start seating at 2:30 no sooner. You can arrive anywhere from 2:30-2:45.

We will have a shared area. The ceremony is suppose to take place outdoors in the courtyard as long as weather goes as hoped for. The cocktail and reception will be indoors.

There will be a certain number of rooms reserved, but we suggest everyone looks for the accommodations of their choice if needed. The hotel rooms are blocked, but do require a reservation, call and state you would like to reserve a room for the Briggs block. The hotel is Charlevoix Inn and Suites, located at 800 Petoskey Ave., Charlevoix, Michigan 49720. You can contact them at 231-547-0300 to reserve a room. The current price is $179 a night.
