July 4th 2013-The Night We Met

▪︎It was the summer of 2013 & It was a block party to remember▪︎

"My cousin Caitlyn had been dating a highschool friend of mine, Joe & invited me to this block party in my home town. That's where I was introduced to Michael

He was very Charming & Laidback. It was a family/hometown block party so all of our friends were there, but I didn't know him. I felt drawn to him but not romantically. He was very charming had Great taste in music, shockingly impressed me with a cocktail[I was a bartender at the time] We were instant friends, oddly enough.

We very much, platonically enjoyed one anothers company all night.

However I was dating someone else at the time & was by no means looking for a love interest. The guy I had been dating at the time was working late that evening, thus showed up very late to the party.  However when he did arrive I intriduced him to everyone immediatley. Later than evening he took me aside and told me that we would be leaving. He said he saw something between this Michael & I. We were all just having careless fun. Besides my Mom, Aunt, Family & Friends were all there.

That's the last I saw of him.

October 22nd 2014-Falling In Love At A Coffee Shop

▪︎Fall of 2014. We met for Coffee. He was Late▪︎

One night in late October Michael & I decided to meet up over tea/coffee at a local coffee shop. I actually got there early if not on time, ordered my Chai and waited...

There was a chess tortament going on so after thirty minutes of waiting, I decided to play a game. Then a little over an hour later, he arrived. Apoligizing up and down about car problems,[Car problems? You were 3 Blocks Away] I then made him wait for my match to end. He bought me a second drink and patiently waited. Then we sat in the corner on two very comfy chairs and he explained the real reason he was late.

Remember my cousin Caitlyn & her boyfriend Joe?

Well Joe had been stalling our "date" ...I quickly realized this when I recieved a photo of myself & Michael sitting in the coffee shop. The two: Caitlyn & Joe had been spying on us, and before I could reply, there they were ambusing our simple coffee date. We were then invited back to Joe's to make "marshmellow whipped icing"[Idk ask Caitlyn]

There, Joe had taken me aside and told me that Michael was no good, "a player" and to stear clear of him.

Little to my knowledge my cousin was doing the same to Michael. Later that evening, Visiting my mom. I had heard that she has spoken with Joe & Caitlyn. And this is what they told her:

"Those are like Bonnie & Clyde: This could either be really good or go horribley wrong"
