Our Wedding

Kristin and Ian met in the very beginning of the covid-19 pandemic. The world was shut down, which meant there were very limited options for dates. As a result, Kristin and Ian quickly got very comfortable spending time on the couch, watching Netflix, playing board games, and getting to know each other. It was pretty clear early on that they shared so many of the same values and could easily see an amazing future together ahead of them. Falling in love was effortless. Two years later, Ian planned a beautiful riverside proposal with both sets of parents there to be part of the moment, and it was the easiest question Kristin ever had to answer. These days, there are many more options for their date nights, and while they love to go out together (especially for ice cream dates), Kristin and Ian will never get tired of those cozy nights spent together at home. We are so grateful to have found each other in this world, and even more grateful to have so many wonderful people in our lives to celebrate with us. We can't wait to say "I do!"

Due to an unusually high volume of weddings happening in the area during our wedding weekend, we were not able to reserve room blocks in any Doylestown hotels. However, we do have a room block at the Hampton Inn Montgomeryville shown below, which is about a 20 minute drive from Aldie Mansion. A shuttle will be available at this hotel for transportation to and from the wedding. Please feel free to explore Doylestown hotel options as well, but know that space is filling up quickly at other hotels. If you are traveling to celebrate with us from afar, we encourage you to book your stay ASAP!
