Where do I park?

Park & A/C Shuttle: King Street Parking - This is the lot that the bride and groom have reserved for ALL wedding guests. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY to park in this lot, and there will be shuttles running to and from this lot ALL DAY on wedding day. The address for this lot is 118 King Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. We hope you will use and enjoy this service! Park & Walk options: Zorayda Plaza Public Parking Lot - Cost per car is $25 for daily parking until 2AM. The address for this lot is 83 King Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. This lot is five blocks away from The White Room, so if you choose to park here, you will need to walk a short distance to the venue. Trinity Parish Parking Lot - Cost per car is $10 for a 3 hour window of time. The address for this lot is 225 St George St, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The lot is three blocks away from The White Room, so if you choose to park here, you will need to walk a short distance to the venue.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Our dress code is formal, to match the elegance and sophistication of The White Room. Men are encouraged to wear suits; ladies are encouraged to wear midi/tea length or floor-length dresses. You may choose to wear any of our wedding colors including navy, light blue, and light pink or peach; however, you are not limited to these colors. Floral prints for ladies, as well as traditional highland attire for both men and women are also welcomed. We kindly request no primarily white or red attire, but we would like for everyone to dress to impress for an evening to remember!

Can I bring my child(ren)? Will childcare be provided?

Yes, your child is (or children are) more than welcome to attend our wedding! Your child is (or children are) already included on your RSVP/invitation; however, childcare will not be provided. We simply ask that you please let us know whether your child (or children) will be in attendance in your response to your RSVP. Also, If you wish to come child-free to celebrate an evening of fun, that is also totally fine! We are leaving this choice up to you and your family's needs, and we look forward to hosting you all!

What time do I need to arrive?

Please arrive at The White Room no later than 3:30pm. After arrival, you will be directed by an event manager from The White Room or an usher to the rooftop so that you may join us in celebration of our nuptials. You may choose to take the gorgeous staircase, or take the elevator!

What time does the ceremony begin?

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm on the rooftop.

What time does the reception begin, and where do I need to go?

Our reception will begin at 4:30pm with cocktail hour, immediately following the ceremony. From the rooftop, you will be directed by an event manager from The White Room or an usher to the grand ballroom to get the party started in celebration of our marriage!
