John and I met playing pick up volleyball on November 5th 2022, and I approached him once I noticed he had a motorcycle helmet while getting ready to leave.

I had recently moved back to Michigan after studying to be a PA in Charleston, SC. As I had reignited a love of playing volleyball during my time in SC, I was lucky to have found some pick-up when I moved back to MI.

John and I had spent the following consecutive nine days together. Swing dancing, playing volleyball, hot tubbing, getting dinners, breakfast dates, flying!

He asked me to be his girlfriend on November 27th 2022.

It was such an easy-going start to our exceptionally compatible love story.

Since then we have grown together in many life events including: both of us starting new jobs, getting new cars, living in an our first apartment, lots of travel, getting our cat, Miggs, and snake, Snakey, Kristin getting an emergent appendectomy, buying our house, maneuvering through family death and also adding new little family members. A lot has happened in two short years!

Who knew that a joined love for volleyball and motorcycling was the beginning to a life long adventure together.
