You can now begin making payments towards your rooms! $200 per room is needed for the deposit. Room rates are per person, per night, dependent on the room you choose. There is a minimum of a 3 night stay. You may choose a single room (although this is higher in price). If you are wanting a roommate, please reach out to Kristin or Mike, and we can help pair you up! You can also choose a double or triple (pretty much the same price). This means there is a maximum of 3 people in one room. You can request conjoining rooms or choose a family suite for parties of 4 or more. Please don't hesitate to ask our travel agent, Mike, or Kristin questions about this. Jennifer (TA) is very helpful with these types of questions. 30% of the total cost of your room is due by August 1st, 2020. The total cost of your room is due by September 1st, 2020.

As of now, the room blocks are reserved from Wednesday, November 25th to Sunday, November 29th. This can definitely be changed, but please note the block is not reserved for outside of these dates, which means reserving rooms will be based on availability. The wedding is Friday, November 27th.

Thursday, November 26th to Monday, November 30th

Tuesday, November 24th to Sunday, November 29th

These are not the only options, but these are the dates friends and family have voiced looking into so far.

WE ARE INVITING EVERYONE TO JOIN US BY THE POOL THE DAY AFTER THE WEDDING, SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28th. WE ARE PLANNING TO HAVE OUR PHOTOGRAPHER, MONICA WITH US FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS TO GET SOME CANDID SHOTS OF EVERYONE CELEBRATING TOGETHER.
