Kristin and Joe met the traditional way: Actually in person! in 2019. Kristin first caught Joe's eye at her good friend's Labor Day party. He was too nervous to approach her at first, but later into the party he mustered up the courage to say hi! The first date was soon to come after.

A few of Kristin and Joe's favorite memories together: Kayaking various creeks, rivers, and lakes, Taking their dogs Tucker, Rex, and Esme everywhere they go, and camping whenever they get the chance!

Kristin and Joe's proposal would come a few years later at one of Kristin's favorite wineries surrounded by all her friends and family. Joe had tricked her to go to the winery thinking it was for her brother's birthday. When the cake came out for dessert Kristin was shocked to see the cake said "Will You Marry Me Kristin Miller?" She happily said "uh huh!" and the rest is history.
