WHO CAN I CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS OR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION?
You can contact Kristin at 912-531-5247 or Blake at 770-865-6231.
What is the venue address and ceremony time?
The Barn @ Harper Pines
577 Roland Rd.
Thomaston, GA 30286
Ceremony Start Time: 5:00pm
What is the dress code?
We're asking everyone to please dress in cocktail attire, and nothing white, of course. Wedding party members will be in light/sage green dresses and light grey suits.
When is the deadline to RSVP?
We ask that everyone submit their RSVPs as soon as they are received, but no later than April 20th, 2025. Unfortunately, we have a larger guest list than we do available seating so it's important we know exactly who is attending and who isn't, so that we can reallocate available spots to others wanting to attend, as they come available.
What happens if I don't RSVP?
You will be harassed with reminders. Just kidding, kinda. Again, because we have such a limited guest count, any unsubmitted RSVPs after April 20th, 2025 will be assumed as "not attending" and will not be able to enter the ceremony or reception. If you already submitted your RSVP but your plans have changed, please update your status online or reach out to me as soon as possible.
Can I bring a plus one?
While we would love to give everyone a plus one, we unfortunately do not have that capability. At this time, the names listed on the invitation are the only ones we are able to accommodate. Should this change in the near future, we will be more than happy to extend plus ones when and where we can!
Someone on my invitation can't come, can I bring someone else in their place?
As previously stated, we have a larger guest list than we do available seats, so we ask that you please do not replace your plus one without speaking to us first.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, we will be having an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. We know May's weather can be very unpredictable, so please keep an eye on the forecast and dress/plan accordingly.
We'll post more updates here as we get closer to the date and know what type of weather we're working with.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding day on social media?
Yes, of course! We would love for you to share our day online, we just ask that no phones or cameras be used during our ceremony.
We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this special moment for us, and while we understand some people may want their own photos to have, or to send to other friends and family not present with us, we want everyone to live in the moment with us and not be behind a screen (we also strongly prefer not to see any phones, cameras, iPads, etc. in our photos and video, sorry). There will be a given time frame for guests to take their own photos during the ceremony, but all devices will need to be put away outside of the announced time frame.
Outside of the ceremony though, please feel free to post and send any photos you have! It'll be a little while before we get our professional photos and videos back so we would love to see how you captured our day!
