When is the RSVP deadline? Where can I RSVP?
Please RSVP by July 29. You can RSVP right on this website! Please see the RSVP page.
Where is the wedding taking place? When should I arrive?
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all taking place at The Atrium in Shorewood, WI. Please arrive by 4:50pm as we will be starting promptly at 5:00pm. For information regarding the timeline and other details, please see the Home page.
What attire should I wear?
The attire is formal/cocktail.
The ceremony and reception will both be indoors, with the cocktail hour taking place outdoors on the rooftop of The Atrium.
Will there be parking available?
Parking is not available at The Atrium, but there is plentiful street parking and two public lots nearby.
Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
There will be a shuttle service both to and from the venue! One 56 passenger and one 30 passenger coach will be providing transportation.
Before the ceremony: Both coaches will be completing two trips, leaving from the Westin at 4:00 and 4:30pm and will loop around to The Marriott and then to The Atrium.
After the ceremony: Both coaches will make continual trips from The Atrium back to the hotels beginning at 10:00pm.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
While we love photos, we love sharing this moment with you more and kindly ask that you do not take any pictures or videos during the ceremony. We have awesome professionals who will be working hard to get all of the best shots!
Do you have a hashtag for social media?
On the flip side, we'd love to see any pictures that you take during the cocktail hour and reception! Use the hashtag #KristinSaysIDrew so we can find them all later!
Are there any other events taking place during the weekend?
Yes! We would love to have a drink with you on Friday night before the big day! We'll be having a welcome party at Onesto in the Third Ward from 8:00-10:00pm on 9/23. Wine and beer will be provided!
We're making the drive from OH to WI! Any tips?
You know it! Check them out below:
-Chicago: No matter where you're coming from, you will inevitably be making your way through Chicago. Sometimes it's a quick jaunt through, other times there can be a large amount of traffic. It typically does have a pretty tight feel either way, so we recommend planning out who you would like to drive through that area ahead of time and swapping with them ~1.5 hours before you're due to hit CHI since there won't be a lot of great opportunities after that. Good news - once you're through CHI you're basically through to MKE!
-Tolls: You will hit tolls in Indiana and Illinois. We recommend having cash on hand or utilizing an EZ-Pass, if you know someone that has one. If you do go through tolls without paying (primarily in IL), make sure to pay online within 7 days, as they do have cameras and have a tendency to follow-up via mail with increasingly large late fees.
-Rest stops: If you're coming from CLE, you will primarily be on 90 E which has pretty solid rest stops! It is primarily fast food, though, so if you're not feeling that for lunch or dinner then pack some fun snacks ahead of time! If you're coming from CBUS, the way to MKE is a lot of backroads before you hit IL and the rest stop options are much more lacking, so definitely recommend packing snacks!
