Please try to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony start time. If you are unable to make it to the ceremony, please feel free to join us for the reception and rsvp reception only.
What should I wear?
We kindly ask you dress in dressy casual attire. The ceremony will take place outside in the shade in the grass so be mindful of that.
- Pastels, bright colors, and floral prints are encouraged.
- Jackets and ties are optional.
- We kindly ask that you do not wear jeans, cargo pants, leggings, or shorts. We are just happy you are coming!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar.
Can my children come?
While we adore children and cherish their presence in our lives, we are only able to invite those of immediate family and hope you can understand.
Will there be any allergen friendly food?
Yes, there will be dairy free and gluten free dinner and dessert options.
Can I bring a plus one?
We ask that you only bring a plus one if indicated on your invitation. Please reach out to the groom or bride with any questions!
Where do I park?
There is a parking lot on site and someone will be directing traffic upon your arrival.
Can I leave my car overnight?
If you happen to leave your car overnight, we ask that you retrieve your car by 9 am the following day.
Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?
Transportation will be provided by Jimmy's Limousine. A white school bus will arrive at 3:30 PM and depart promptly at 3:45 PM for the venue.
At this time, there will be only one pickup and drop-off scheduled.
The return trip to the hotel will not begin until 8:30 PM and will continue on a loop until the event concludes.
If you need to leave earlier, please make alternate arrangements. Uber and Lyft are available for pickups and drop-offs at the venue.

Have you reserved or blocked hotels rooms?
Yes! We have blocked rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South Austin Landing. When reserving a room tell them you are part of Phil and Kristin’s wedding.
