The ceremony will take place outside in the shade in the grass so be mindful of that. - Pastels, bright colors, and floral prints are encouraged. - Jackets and ties are optional. - We kindly ask that you do not wear jeans, cargo pants, leggings, or shorts. Transportation will be provided by Jimmy's Limousine. A white school bus will arrive at 3:30 PM and depart promptly at 3:45 PM for the venue. At this time, there will be only one pickup and drop-off scheduled. The return trip to the hotel will not begin until 8:30 PM and will continue on a loop until the event concludes. If you need to leave earlier, please make alternate arrangements. Uber and Lyft are available for pickups and drop-offs at the venue. Your safety and security are our top priority—please don’t hesitate to communicate with us if you experience any issues.

Yes! We have blocked rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South Austin Landing. When reserving a room tell them you are part of Phil and Kristin’s wedding.
