Our Story ❤️ ... Joe and I met in 2021 through Memorial Weight Loss. At that time due to Covid many of their programs were still online. A Facebook page had been created for people to talk and support each other. We chatted online and on the phone, but the timing was not right just yet. Fast forward to April of 2022 when a series of crazy events led us to connect once more and we never stopped talking to each other again.

Joe picked me up from the airport on July 4th 2022 and somewhere between the airport and the I-95 overpass I realized this was someone special and not at all what I had expected. He caught my attention with his shy demeanor and his gentlemanly ways. He still amazes me with the things he pays attention to. Our first date was Pieology after I finished lifeguarding one night. Our second date was Rita's Italian Ice and then Hollywood Beach in the moonlight. Joe does not love the beach but he knew I love going to the beach. All along he kept telling me to date other people and while I did go out a few times I finally told him I was not doing that anymore....and then I waited...and I waited. Finally, on the night of October 4th, 2022 at Plantation's Liberty Tree Park, I did not have to wait any longer. He officially asked me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history, or you have already seen it on Facebook...lol.
