The wedding will have a "cowboy" cocktail dress code. Please wear cocktail attire, but note the reception will be in a field so be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Cowboy boots very acceptable, ties not required.

The nearest major airport is Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), which is about 30 minutes from the venue and 15 minutes to downtown Jackson. We will likely arrange transportation to and from Fireside Inn and Cowboy Village. Please check back in March for additional details. Below are a few local taxi options: - Jackson Hole Taxi (307-699-3369) - Teton Mountain Taxi (307-699-7969) Uber and Lyft do operate in Jackson, but we suggest arranging rides ahead of time. If you are driving, please try to carpool. We will arrange parking near the ceremony.

Expect highs in the afternoon around 80°F, with lows dropping to the 50s in the evening. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be outdoors underneath a tent.

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation, and the celebration will be kept to adults-only. We appreciate your understanding.

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
