** TRIP-1: Wedding drop-off **Prior to the ceremony, the bus will pick up guests at the following stops:HOLIDAY INN from 12:20 to 12:30 PMOXTONGUE LAKE COTTAGES from 1:00 to 1:10 PMWOLF DEN from 1:15 to 1:25 PM ** TRIP-2: Dinner drop-off **The bus will pick up all guests at our cottage at 7:15 PM to take everyone to dinner at 3 Guys and a Stove, which is about a 30-minute drive. Dinner is at 8:00 PM. ** TRIP-3: Home drop-off part 1 **For those who wish to depart before midnight, the bus will pick up guests at 10:30 PM from 3 Guys and a Stove and will drop off guests staying at all locations mentioned in Trip-1 + Blue Spruce. ** TRIP-4: Home drop-off part 2 **To finish off the night, the bus will pick up guests at 12:30 AM from 3 Guys and a Stove and will drop off guests staying at all locations mentioned in Trip-1 + Blue Spruce.

Shuttle Bus

For those on a budget and enjoy meeting other people from around the globe, The Wolf Den Nature Retreat may be a good fit for you! It is a beautiful hostel-style lodge situated on the Oxtongue River. While the majority of sleeping quarters are private, the kitchen, dining room, lounge and bathroom facilities are SHARED with other guests. A few rooms/cabins are available to book at this time. They require a 2-night minimum stay. Check in time is after 3:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. Well-behaved dogs are welcomed here. Pets are not allowed in the main lodge and must be on a leash at all times while on property. One of our shuttle bus stops is at this location.

The Wolf Den

***** UPDATE: There are no further rooms available for a Friday check-in, but you can still check-in on Saturday afternoon ***** This family-owned resort is also located on the same lake as our cottage, Oxtongue Lake. They require a 2-night minimum stay. Check in time is after 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM. This resort does not allow pets. One of our shuttle bus stops is at this location.

Blue Spruce Resort

Discounted Rate: $229 per night This hotel is the only location we have available at a discounted rate for our guests. Reference the group block name “Fritz and Franklin Wedding”, in order to receive the discounted rate. These rooms are blocked for our guests until 45 days prior to the wedding date. You may book the Friday and/or Saturday night at this discounted rate. The following rooms are available:- King Leisure (1 King Bed)- Queen Leisure&nbsp;(2 Queen Beds) Check in time is after 4:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. One of our shuttle bus stops is at this location. Note: the hotel is about 30 minutes away from our cottage, but only 6 minutes away from where we are having dinner.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites

***** UPDATE: there are no more cottages available here ***** This resort is located on the same lake as our cottage, Oxtongue Lake. It is directly across the lake from our cottage! Check in time is after 3:00 PM and checkout time is 10:30 AM. They are a pet friendly resort. You must bring your own pillows and comforters, but they do provide linens. One of our shuttle bus stops is at this location.

Accommodations

If you have some extra time to spare, we highly recommend going for a hike in Algonquin Park. Don't forget your park pass! You can purchase this online, via phone, or at one of the visitor centres in the park. There is also a QR code at the head of each trail that directs you to a link. If you are up for the trek, our favourite is Centennial Ridges Trail, a demanding 10.4 km loop trail that affords spectacular viewing along two high ridges.&nbsp; If you are looking for a shorter trek, we recommend Booth's Rock Trail; a 5.1 km loop trail that visits two lakes and a spectacular lookout. Algonquin Provincial Park

If you are short on time, Ragged Falls is a quick trail that leads to a lookout of thundering whitewater falls. It is only a 5-minute drive from our cottage.

Don't forget to make a stop at Henrietta's Pine Bakery in Dwight OR Huntsville, for some of the best goodies you'll ever taste. Be sure to ask for a Muskoka Cloud! Note: they are closed on Sundays, hours are available on their website.

If you are up for a game of golf, we highly recommend a round at Deerhurst Highlands Golf Course. It is renowned for its layout which flows naturally through a rugged yet lush landscape of granite outcroppings, deep valleys and heavy forests.
