It was 2004, the first time ever meeting.
Our stories ventured in different directions
with many years between what was yet to come.


Our story officially began in 2018
When fate decided to intertwin us again.


A little background on us both. I (Kristina) was born at Kaiser
hospital in Hayward, and lived in Union City until I was about 10.
I attended New haven school district and went to Alvarado Elementary, and then Barnard Until moving to Patterson.


Karla was born at cedar sinai in Beverly hills. (Boujee from the gate, haha) from LA she moved to Hayward, and attended New haven school district as well. She went from Barnard middle to Logan High school, before moving to patterson as well.


Unknowingly, potentially crossing paths in our younger days in the bay area, Patterson is where our hearts crossed.


I remember looking for a barber for my son, I heard all kinds of raves about Karla Kings barber shop. ¨okay¨ I said, as I was willing to book an appointment. Intrigued by her looks, and amazing barber skills. I continued going back .


¨Do you have a barber page, so I can tag you¨ I said. She willingly said ¨of course¨. $20 dollar haircuts turned into $15, turned into FREE! haha


Unknowingly, we had a very close mutual friend, who happens to be one of my bridesmaids & friend for over 20 years. I was always with her (Nalleli) and would be posted on her snapchat, there is when Karla would eventually ask for MY snapchat.


Snapchat, the outlet of all outlets. Karla noticed me, and was instantly intrigued. The rest was history.


December 22nd 2018, Karla asked me to be her GF in Reno, Nv.
Life has been nothing short of amazing by each others sides. We blended our beautiful family, her son Dominik, and my babies Mia and Gio quickly grew fond of each other and our adventures as one have been an absolute blessing.


August 13th, 2020 Karla surprised me by setting up this beautiful proposal with all our closest family and friends. It was a beautiful night, with so many great memories to cherish. I of course said YES!!!


.........and here we are now, writing ´our story´ for our wedding!!
