We met on Hinge, AKA the dating app "designed to be deleted." I (Krissy) had my mind made up that I was going to delete the app anyways after one last match, as I was needing a break from the online dating world. The last match was a guy from Sioux City holding a fish in his profile picture. It was a few weeks of chatting back and forth and then Sean asked me to go on a date. He came up to Sioux Falls and we went to Kravn for supper. I had to hold back my judgement on Sean's decision to order boneless wings, but the rest of the date went really well! I remember snap chatting a couple of friends saying that I couldn't stop smiling and that it was the best first date I had ever been on.

It was at that first date that he asked me if I had ever been to Miles Inn in Sioux City. I quickly informed him that I only went there almost every Friday night with my parents! As we went on more dates and spent more time together, we found out that we had probably been in the same room or at the same event multiple times without ever meeting. From baseball/softball tournaments, to bars, to numerous mutual family friends, it was pretty wild that we had never even heard of each other. I guess all it took was an app to finally bring us together!
