When Should I Arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. We ask that guests arrive no later than 4:30. This will give you enough time to find the best seat in the house!
Will The Wedding Be Outdoors?
Yes! Our ceremony will take place outside, right in front of White Oak Manor Chapel (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be held on the barn patio, with the reception to follow inside the barn!
Can I Take Photos and Videos During the Ceremony?
We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are put away. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our special day! We can't wait to take photos with you during the reception!
What Is The Dress Code?
Semi-formal! Remember that it will be the end of March and the weather will most likely be a little chilly, especially at night. We recommend a suit for the guys, and a midi or full length dress for the ladies!
Can I Bring A Plus One?
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family!
Are Kids Invited?
We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!
Will There Be An Open Bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly :)
When Should I RSVP By?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by February 20th. After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us!
Where should I stay and how do I get to the venue?
Please check out the Travel tab on our website for information on our hotel block! Shuttle service will not be provided, but we want to ensure all of our guests arrive and make it home safely. Please do not drink and drive! We are happy to call an Uber or Lyft for anyone who needs it!
Who Should I Contact With Additional Questions?
If you have any other questions, please contact Kris (540-842-8918)!
