Our story began in dental school when Alex grabbed Kristina's hand during her first tooth extraction. After sparks flew in the operatory, we began dating. We have enjoyed unique experiences in new places from the very start. Together, we have caught beads in New Orleans, climbed to the top of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, challenged black bear territory in North Carolina, learned about lasers in Santa Barbara, fell in quick sand in Utah, swam in cenotes in Mexico, drove around the entire country of Iceland during an unseasonal blizzard, ate sea urchin in NYC, climbed Machu Picchu in Peru, and swam with bioluminescent plankton in Puerto Rico. But the most memorable experience was our trip to the Grand Canyon. Thats where Alex dropped down to one knee and popped the question. Kristina almost fell off the canyon.
