Can I bring a guest/date/plus one?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. We can only allow people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to you (your name) and a “guest,” if a plus one has been given to you.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up. Think flowy, light-material, beach attire. Loose button ups, skirts and dresses. Please refrain from wearing whites and creams.

What time is the ceremony?

The ceremony is from 5:00pm to 5:30pm on Wednesday, February 26th 2025. Please check the “Home” tab for the full schedule.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes, all food and drinks are included in the all-inclusive package (with the exception of 2 restaurants). Here are additional details about the room rates and all-inclusive package:

- Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per room, per night in All Inclusive Program. All taxes -16%

- Federal Tax and 4% Hotel Tax- and services included except environmental tax to be paid at check in

($36.30 pesos per room per night, approx. $2.05 usd per room per night depending on exchange rate).

- The maximum number of people per room is 2 adults and 2 children (4 adults) for Executive and

Super Executive Suite up to 6 people (only 4 adults).

- The Resort will assign rooms based on specific requests including bedding, subject to availability.

- The group rate will be available until the deadline or before if the reserved block of rooms is completed.

If I am in the wedding party, what days do I have to be at the resort?

We would recommend flying in on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the latest, due to the timeline of wedding festivities and possible flight delays. Please check the “Home” tab for the full schedule.

Is there a swimmable beach?

The beach at the Pueblo Bonito Sunset resort is not swimmable. This is due to a rough shoreline break and rocky conditions. If you would like a beach day, the sister resort Pueblo Bonito Rose has a swimmable beach. There is a shuttle that runs daily to and from the Pueblo Bonito Sunset to Pueblo Bonito Rose. This shuttle can be booked at the front desk or on the Pueblo Bonito app.
