Steve and I have known eachother since high school. We were close friends there after, but it wasn't until January 2012 where our friendship blossomed and grew into something magnificent. Along our jouney Steve took Connor in as his own and adopted him.
Steve proposed on Christmas morning 2018, pretending that my actual gift was a big rock at the bottom of a present I had just unwrapped. When I looked up, Steve was down on one knee asking me to marry him.
Our journey is just beginning, and marriage is our next step.
